I really think you guys are good real estate agents. Earlier I asked my current apartment real estate agent to discuss the move date with the new tenant so we can save some money between the gap. They have totally ignored my request and often ignored my phone calls. Well you guys are not just responsible for the owner but also help the tenant as much as you can.
